Terms of Service

Blueprint Studio Asset Generator · Last updated 20 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Humain LLC, doing business as Blueprint Studio (“Blueprint Studio”, “we”, “us”). They cover Blueprint Studio Asset Generator: the web app at tools.blueprintstudio.ai, its sign-in at auth.blueprintstudio.ai, its API, and its connections to AI apps such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor and VS Code (together, “the service”). Design and development work from the Blueprint Studio team is covered by separate agreements, not these terms.

Please read them with our Privacy Policy, which explains what we do with your data.

1. Your account

  • You sign in with Google or with a code or link we email you. Your first sign-in creates your account.
  • You must be at least 13 years old (with a parent or guardian’s permission if you’re under 18) to use the service, and able to agree to these terms. If you use it for a business, you agree to them for that business too.
  • Keep access to your email, Google account, API keys and connected apps safe. Anything done through them counts as done by you. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.
  • The service is offered in every country where we can legally offer it, and is run from the United States.

2. Brands and teams

  • You can make images in your personal library, or create a brand and invite other people to it. Everyone in a brand can see and use its Styles, logos, files and images.
  • A brand’s owner and admins manage who is in it. Content you add to a brand stays with the brand if you leave it.
  • If you set up a brand for a client or employer, make sure you’re allowed to, and that the people you invite should see its content.

3. Plans, credits and payment

  • Making images uses credits. How many depends on the model, size and quality you pick and on how many images you add to a request. The help page lists what each model, size and quality costs.
  • The Design Agent’s own work uses credits too, charged as it works: more for longer or more involved requests. Images it makes cost credits as above. Settings, under Billing, shows what each conversation used.
  • On the Free plan, a new account gets 500 credits, once, to use within 30 days. An account made before Free changed on 16 October 2026 keeps that month’s Free credits until 1 November 2026. Pro is $19 a month and includes 900 credits a month, and Max is $199 a month and includes 10,000. Every plan has every model and size.
  • AI apps connect with sign-in on every plan. The REST API and API keys are on Pro and Max, with a daily request limit (for example 5,000 requests a day on Pro).
  • Monthly credits reset on the 1st of each calendar month (UTC) and don’t roll over. Credits have no cash value and can’t be transferred. If an image fails, its credits are returned automatically.
  • Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through our payment provider Stripe, and renew until you cancel. You can cancel any time in Settings, under Billing. If a payment fails or a plan ends, your account moves to the Free plan.
  • Refunds: We don’t refund part of a billing period once it starts, and cancelling stops the next renewal. If you think a charge is wrong, email us and we’ll refund it through Stripe if it is.
  • Prices are shown in US dollars and may not include taxes. We may change prices or plans; we’ll tell you at least 30 days before a change affects your next payment.

4. Your content and the images you make

“Your content” means what you put into the service (requests, logos, photos, reference images, brand details and websites you point us at) and the images and text the service makes for you (“outputs”).

  • You keep what you upload. We don’t claim ownership of it.
  • You own your outputs. As between you and us, the outputs you make are yours, and we give you any rights we have in them. You can use them for any lawful purpose, including commercial work for you or your clients.
  • What we may do with your content. You let us store, copy, process and send your content only as needed to run the service for you: to make your images, show them in your library and to the members of your brand, deliver them to apps you connect, share them where you ask us to, keep the service secure, and meet legal duties.
  • No training. We don’t use your content to train AI models.
  • AI providers. To make an image, we send your request and the images you include to an AI model provider, such as OpenAI or Google. The Privacy Policy lists them.
  • Links and file addresses. If you share an image, anyone with the link can see it and its brand name. Its request text and Style name show only if you choose to show them. You can turn a link off at any time. Image files are stored at long, unguessable web addresses that open without signing in, so anyone you give a file address to can open it.

5. About AI outputs

  • Outputs are made by AI models. They can contain mistakes, such as misspelt text, changed logos, or details you didn’t ask for. Check them before you publish or print.
  • Other people may get similar outputs, and outputs may resemble existing work. We can’t promise an output is unique, or that the law where you are protects it.
  • You’re responsible for how you use outputs, including making sure they don’t infringe anyone’s trademarks or other rights.

6. What you agree not to do

  • Upload logos, photos, trademarks or other material you don’t have the right to use, or use the service to infringe anyone’s rights.
  • Make content that is illegal, sexualises minors, harasses or threatens people, or is meant to deceive, such as fake documents or passing yourself off as someone else.
  • Break the usage policies of the AI providers we use (for example OpenAI’s usage policies and Google’s Generative AI prohibited use policy). Their safety systems may refuse some requests.
  • Get around credit or rate limits, share or resell accounts or API keys, probe or overload the service, or scrape it.

We may remove content or suspend access that breaks these rules or puts the service or other people at risk. Where we can, we’ll tell you why.

7. Other services

Google sign-in, Stripe, and the AI apps you connect (such as ChatGPT, Claude or Cursor) have their own terms. We aren’t responsible for them, and disconnecting an app in Settings stops its access to your account.

8. Ending your account

  • You can stop using the service at any time. To delete your account, email blueprint.dao@gmail.com from the address you sign in with. We’ll check the request comes from you, then delete your account and its data, and tell you when it’s done.
  • We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, doesn’t pay, or puts the service or others at risk.
  • Sections 4 to 6 and 9 to 11 keep applying after your account ends, as far as they’re relevant.

9. The service is provided as it is

We work to keep the service running and accurate, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”. As far as the law allows, we don’t promise it will always be available, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. Features, models and limits may change.

10. Liability

As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, and our total liability to you is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, or takes away rights you have as a consumer.

11. Disputes and law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and any dispute goes to the state or federal courts in New York. If something goes wrong, please contact us first so we can try to fix it.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. We’ll tell you about important changes by email or in the app at least 30 days before they take effect. If you keep using the service after that, the new terms apply.
