Email blueprint.dao@gmail.com. Tell us the email you sign in with, what you tried and roughly when, and add a screenshot if you can.

In the app, you can also open your menu (your initials, top right) and choose Send feedback. It reaches the same people.

There’s no password. Enter your email and we send you a 6-digit code and a sign-in link. Type the code, or open the link in the same browser. You can also continue with Google.
Codes and links work once and expire after an hour. If you asked more than once, use the newest email, and check your spam or junk folder.
Your first sign-in creates your account. There’s no separate sign-up.

Images use credits. A standard image costs 3 credits; bigger or higher-quality images cost more. Adding your logo or photos costs nothing extra.
New accounts get 50 credits: 30 welcome credits to use in the first 14 days, plus 20 a month on Free.
Monthly credits reset on the 1st of each month (UTC) and don’t roll over. If an image fails, its credits come back automatically.
To change or cancel a plan, open Settings, go to Billing and choose Manage billing. Compare plans.

For an image with no background, such as a game sprite, icon, logo or sticker, open Image settings in the composer and turn on Transparent background. You get a PNG. Sunburst and Flare make it at no extra cost; other models remove the background afterwards for 1 credit.
For an image you already made, open it and choose Remove background (1 credit). You get a new PNG copy and the original stays as it is. If it doesn’t work, the credit comes back.

To disconnect an app, open Settings and go to Connected apps.
For the REST API, create a key in Settings and read the API documentation. The Free plan includes 100 API requests a day.

Download: open an image and choose Download. To download everything, use the API: list your images, then fetch each one’s download URL.
Delete images, Styles or brands: delete them in the app. They disappear from your library and your brand.
Delete your account: there’s no button for this yet. Email blueprint.dao@gmail.com from the address you sign in with and ask us to delete your account. If you own a brand that other people use, tell us whether to delete it or hand it to another member.
Shared links: anyone with a share link can see that image. Your prompt stays hidden unless you choose to show it. To turn a link off, open Settings and go to Shared links.

AI apps connect with OAuth 2.1 and PKCE. Each person connects the app on a Blueprint Studio screen; access tokens last an hour and refresh tokens 30 days, and anyone can disconnect an app in Settings.
API keys are shown once, stored only as a hash, can be limited to one brand, and can be revoked in Settings.
Generating an image sends the request and any images you add to an AI model from OpenAI or Google. Removing a background sends that image to our background-removal provider, fal.ai. See the Privacy Policy and Terms, and email us with anything else your review needs.

We don’t have a public status page yet. If images aren’t being made or you can’t sign in, email us with the time and what you saw.
